You can delete your account at any time, with no explanation and no cost. There are two ways.
Sign in → Profile → Delete account → confirm. The account is removed immediately.
Or write to hello@aeprofi.com from the address the account is registered to, with “delete my account” in the subject. We answer within 5 working days.
Profile and name, avatar, specialist description, portfolio photos, identity and licence documents, your requests, your responses, your chats and messages, the reviews you wrote and the reviews written about you, your reports, and your push and Telegram subscriptions. Specialist ratings are recalculated so that no deleted review is left counted in them.
Nothing of yours. Records that belong to other people — a request someone else published, a report someone filed — stay with their owners, but every link to you is removed from them: no name, no address, no way to reach you. Aggregate figures such as how many specialists work in a country are anonymous and remain.
Deletion completes within 30 days. Backups holding the data are rotated out within the same period.
